1.2. The operator of the mailing and personal data processing is IE Filippov D.S. (hereinafter — the “Operator”).

2.1. By subscribing to the mailing, the User gives their explicit, voluntary and informed consent to receive emails from the Service at the email address they have provided.

2.2. Consent is deemed to be given at the moment when the User, during registration or authentication on the vega.chat website, voluntarily checks the box next to the statement about consenting to receive informational and marketing mailings.

2.3. The Operator stores the current status of the User's consent to receive informational and marketing mailings in the secure infrastructure of the Service to comply with the requirements of applicable international data-protection law, including the GDPR.

3.1. By subscribing to the mailing, the User agrees to receive the following types of content:

AI model announcements: information about the addition or update of language models and neural networks available through the Service's API.
Service updates: news about new features, architecture changes, and improvements to the security and performance of the platform.
Educational materials: educational articles, technical guides, and best practices for integrating and using AI agents.
Marketing offers: special promotions, discounts on plans, and personalised offers from the Service.

4. Unsubscribing from the mailing

4.1. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to receive mailings at any time without giving any reason.

4.2. To opt out of receiving emails, the User needs to click the “Unsubscribe” link, which is mandatorily placed at the bottom of every email sent.

4.3. Unsubscription is processed automatically. Processing an unsubscribe request may take up to 24 hours, during which already-generated messages may still be delivered.

4.4. Opting out of marketing and informational mailings does not affect the receipt of transactional and system notifications (e.g., password reset, API limits, privacy policy changes) that are necessary for the functioning of the Service.
